MULTI-FUNCTION COPIER AND PRINTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS


With our copier service agreements, we can make your business more efficient by including the following features in your agreement:

  • Toner, parts, and labour for repairs at no additional cost
  • On-going user support and training (an RMoffice distinctive!)
  • Setup, installation, and IT support (drivers, service configuration etc) at time of installation

Please refer to our fee guide below for additional services not included in your service agreement including copier moves, or for those who do not have an RM Office Solutions agreement in place.

Copier Service Fees
​For copier repairs not covered by a contract, copier moves, and IT support.
Labour: $135/hour - Includes drive time. In-person support minimum one hour, remote support minimum half hour.

Copier Moves

Includes movers with stair climbing equipment and transportation of the copier between sites. RM Office Solutions will provide coverage for any damage to the copier during the move only for machines that are currently covered by an RM Office service contract. Moves are billed at $150/hour.
